A deposit of 50% is required to begin the design and production process.

This deposit is non-refundable once design work has commenced.

NATURE of cUSTOM WORK

All custom pieces are uniquely created and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins.

DESIGN PROCESS & CAD APPROVAL

‍ ‍The client will receive design renderings (CAD). Approval of the final design is required before production begins. Changes after approval may incur additional charges.

REVISIONS

A reasonable number of refinements are included to acheive the desired design. Extensive changes may result in additional fees.

PRODUCTION TIMELINE

Estimated timelines will be provided but may vary depending on design, complexity, and sourcing of materials.

FINAL PAYMENT

Remaining balance must be paid in fullprior to shipping or delivery of the finished piece.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All shipments are fully insured and require signature upon delivery. Responsibility transfers to the client upon confirmed delivery.
